Gifts for the Guests

Every bride hopes that their wedding favors will be unique to any her guests will have received before. But have you ever noticed no matter how many websites you visit or stores you browse around, all the wedding favors seem to be the same?

Wedding favors are big business & many retailers, especially those online, are taking advantage of drop shipping schemes run by wholesalers & retailers to offer wedding favors alongside their other products. It may seem to many that unique wedding favors are non-existent & in fact choices are limited to the favor ranges they see before them.

If you wanted to make your wedding souvenirs personalized you can always always do it on your own. Here are few tips on how to do it:

Check on the Packaging- If your motif is colored as pink or even blue or whatsoever color it maybe you can always have the packaging associated on your chosen motif.

Go Artisan– Look for unusual craft sites or specialist shops for local crafts or artisan goods. Asian shops can provide a wealth of little goodies perfect for wedding favors or go online to websites or even local boutiques for some beautiful & unique handicrafts.

Go Simple- Always prioritize those things that could make it easier for you to have a souvenir. Such as choosing something that is practical, like for example if you know someone who can bake let them bake a cookie or other pastry who knows they'll bake it for you as a gift.

Always remember that you have to look good on your special day so avoid the rush dont let those wrinkles show out and never ever let stress go on your way while roaming around the city just to look for your souvenirs.

Personalize your Wedding Cars

Ok so here it is,you've already set every major details for your wedding day from the wedding date to the foods to serve for your reception. Now as you go down to the minor details of your wedding try to take a look on the car you will use.

You can always give a personal touch on the bridal cars you would use. For example your theme is a magical wedding you can always add up a twist by adding up colorful and catchy flowers attached on the front view of your car.

A simple tip on choosing car for your wedding is to check if it is spacious enough to accommodate the size of the gown.

The wedding car is more than just a means of transporting you to and from the ceremony – after all it will be the last place you gather your thoughts as an excited and beautiful bride to be and the first intimate space you will share as newlyweds.

Aside from a car you also have a driver who has a good look if the driver does have a hair try to suggest to him that he needs to wear a wig to look more presentable.

Money Dance: A Touch of Pinoy Wedding Tradition

Last December we attended the wedding of my cousin. The wedding ceremony was held solemnly.

The reception was conducted at a restaurant over-viewing the wonderful
House of Dakay. As the ceremony at the reception goes by I had come to notice one of the Filipino tradition that they still use which is the money dance. During a "Money Dance", male guests pay for the privilege of dancing with the bride, and female guests pay for the privilege of dancing with the groom. The money is to be used for the bride and groom's honeymoon or to give them a little extra cash with which to set up housekeeping.

It was surprising for me to witness a wedding having that certain tradition and funny as it may seem it was also my first time to witness a money dance on my cousins wedding.

By the way girls you also have to be fit on your special day so it would be easier for you to dance with your gown on.

Win her YES!

Proposals are meant to be a memorable occasion. Where you propose can be as significant as how you proposed. Women already expect the dropping on one knee and you asking her to marry you. Add some spice to the moment, find a great venue to pop the question.

There could be a lot of crazy ideas you could let her say yes. In this blog that I have written I have share simple and unique ways to let the love of your life say yes to you such as:

Try to talk about the future- you can have a small talk but never spoil your plan to her. That would have been to obvious! You may start your talk about you planning to have a family with her. Actually if have been able to maintain a healthy relationship with lady for quite some time, then you should have known the answer to most of these questions by now. If not, recall. If not possible, it time to turn on the charm and reinvestigate.

Location, Location, Location- Choose the perfect spot for your proposal. Think of a place that has a common memory you share. Maybe the first place you first met, had your first kiss or maybe where you will build your first house together. At the end of our time the only thing we will have to hold on to would be the good and great memories we have had the fortune of having, so make this one count. You can also try it on your favorite resort as a couple.

Play as Edward Cullen- I'm not saying that you gotta be a vampire. What I'm simply saying is for you to know the right words to say to make her heart melt, have those eyes teary and willing say the magical line you love to hear her: "Yes, I will marry you". You should always know what to say, if you are not a skilled orator then write down what you want to say and practice it. Believe that this is not a moment for garbling words or giving double meanings. If you cannot memorize it, then read it to her. It does not hurt. The things you need to say for your proposal should be precise, direct and simply with all that you'll surely hear her yes!

And for the bride-to-be if you feel like your man would be proposing to you try to use a water-proof mascara so you wont look too ugly as you cry with happiness during his proposal.
