Ideal Gifts for the Newly Weds

A wedding is the most special and cherished event, among others, in the lives of a couple. It not only showcases the bond of love between the couple, but also affirms a lifelong commitment to each other. This is precisely, where selecting ideal wedding gifts becomes so important. Receiving an invitation to a wedding is an expression of the love and respect the bride and groom have for you and it is but natural that you give wedding gifts as a token of the love and friendship that you enjoy with them.

There are a wide variety of gifts which can be presented to a couple which is newly betrothed or a newly wedded couple depending upon their need or the choice of the guest.
Some of the gifts I could suggest are:
1. Towel or bedsheet embroidered with the couple’s name
2. Pillowcase with a photo of the couple printed on it.
3. Couple shirts like these. More designs here.
4. A framed portrait or caricature of the couple
5. Photo Albums are out and Scrapbooks are in
6. If you have soft copies of the couple’s picture you can prepare a slide show or movie and burn it in a CD
7. Wall clocks that are handcrafted
8. Kitchenwares of the couple’s favorite cartoon characters
9. A 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle of the couples picture.
10.A gift certificate for a Spa for two.

As much as possible avoid the usual gifts guest gives such as the rice cooker, plates, electric fan etc. Always try for something unique and something that has a personal touch it'll be more appreciated by the couple.
If the bride has the passion in dancing try to give her a dancing shoes such as ballet shoes.

Summer Beach Wedding

Isn't lovely to have your wedding on the beach? Exchange vows, barefoot on the sand. White orchids gracing you bridesmaids bouquet. The orange glow of magic hour streaking the horizon as family and friends gather to celebrate your new beginning.

A beach wedding ceremony can be the perfect destination to express your ever lasting love. What better way to say 'I love you' than with the sand running between your toes? It's all true; a beach wedding is beautiful, romantic and picturesque.

When planning your "dream beach wedding" there are many things you should consider. You should have a backup plan in case of inclement weather. Renting a party tent as a backup option lets the wedding continue even if it is raining during the ceremony. Since the wedding is not in a church, it is important to find an officiator that will travel to your wedding destination.

Incorporating the beach into your wedding theme is a good idea that will be unique and fun. Items from the beach can be used for decorating, such as shells and tropical flowers. If the wedding takes place at sunset, luminaries could be placed in the sand for lighting.

Since beach weddings are more relaxed than church weddings, couples do not have to have a traditional wedding reception. Couples could have a picnic-style lunch afterward, with potato salad, chicken, and fruit. Favors for the guests can include items such as flip-flops for the beach or beach towels or even those fashionable and trendy eyeglasses to keep their eyes safe from the sunlight.
